Welcome to My Pack of Wolves...
Looking for donations of land for the animals! all tax deductible!
Offering safe haven and rescue to wolves and wolf dogs and giving them opportunities to thrive and be accepted into other packs as well as coexisting with us. Fostering awareness and continued education of the public’s knowledge about the misconceptions of the wolf and wolf dog with the hope to achieve a better understanding of the species.
We began our wolf journey in the spring of 2006 with the rescue of Dakota our first male wolf dog. Dakota has spoiled and charmed us with his mannerisms, personality, and loyalty. Raising Dakota has been one of the greatest joys of our lives. Along came Cheyenne in the spring of 2008. Cheyenne we had hoped would bond with Dakota after learning that wolves mate for life. We had no idea how strong their bond would become. They are truly soulmates . They are the best of friends and the strongest of allies! In 2010 Cheyenne gave birth to 9 gorgeous puppies. We wanted to share the joy and exhilaration with others and had made a decision to sell the puppies. We were the first to admit we had really high hopes for this experience. We were wrong. We were only able to place two with people we really screened. We just realized we couldn’t part with the rest. Then we thought to ourselves that we want to do more. We discovered that the wolf had been taken off the government’s endangered species list in 2010. We read every day the brutal truth that some states have “wolf management ” programs to allegedly “thin” the wolf population by creating hunting seasons to kill them. This is unacceptable to wolf lovers everywhere who, knowing the truths and denouncing the myths, keep up the fight to save them. We have decided to do everything we can to help by sacrificing just about anything to save them and provide a home where they can grow, thrive, and live without fear of misrepresentation and judgment . All animals will be neutered, spayed, and micro-chipped. There will be no breeding whatsoever unless the rescue comes to us as an already pregnant female. My Pack of Wolves Sanctuary will do this. We are striving to create the largest rescue and enclosure sanctuary in NE Ohio. We need your help to do this. Please, if you can, without taking away anything from your family in these trying economic times, donate to us to help us build our new facility. We have become a non profit organization and are 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status with the IRS so your contributions will be tax deductible. We have pictures of the places we want to build and enclosures we will be putting up. Please look at the glorious pictures of our pack and imagine new animals for us to help just like them! Thank you so much!
